Many corporate clients request an Australian theme. The brief for the Novell dinner was to create a tropical Queensland atmosphere to complement the existing decor and selected lime green and chocolate brown table linens, at a function for 550 guests.

The 50 table centrepieces were hand-crafted Bangalow Palm bowls. Floral elements included blackened Banksia seed pods, tropical green Antheriums and lime-green Orchids.
